Don't you just love it when a trend comes along that is both cute and comfortable.  I sure do and cannot wait to rock the ultra comfy cool look of joggers or trackies.  These chic pants seem to be the genetically gifted offspring of sweat pants and the drop crotch harem pants.  They come in a variety of fabrics like cotton, denim and my personal fav leather.  You can dress them up with a pair of heels and a sexy crop top or dress them down with a jersey tee and your wedge sneakers.  Either way they will definitely amp up any outfit and you won't be counting down the minutes until you can change into your pair of sweats.

Finally,  I was able to have some personal shots.  I always find it difficult to get these personal shots.  My husband plays photographer for me and needless to say, It isn't exactly his favorite thing to do.   The weather has also been uncooperative with all of this rain.  Any who, lately i have really been into the sporty chic look, so I opted to go with this adorable little crop sports top, white crochet shorts, denim blouse tied around the waist and one of my latest purchases, an adorbs leather jacket from H&M.  With every look, i always try to create a balance between dressy and casual.  It allows for that, not trying to hard look but without looking like a hot mess. lol  I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July.

I don't know about you, but I always find myself staring into my over packed closet full of clothes and yet I feel like I have nothing to wear.  My Husband always gives me that annoyed, are you serious look when he hears me say, " I have nothing to wear" lol  Granted, I am well aware of the fact that I have lots of clothes but nothing seems to fit or look right.  Well, when I have days like this I like to go with my trusty, tried and true Black on black look.  I don't know what it is about basic black but it always seems to be my go to look when I have days like these.  I was definitely uber happy when I saw just how popular the all black look is right now. The fact that i can wear so much black without looking like I just came from a funeral or being accused of being goth or emo(not that there is anything wrong with that) is awesome.   Black is not only slimming, which, lets face it is always a plus but it also goes with everything and provides just the right amount of  an edgy rocker vibe.   So.... when in doubt, I recommend to go back in black :-)
