Unless you have had your head under a fashion rock then you have seen and like myself fallen madly in love with the undeniably Ah-mazing Zara skort.  It encompasses every fabulous quality that defines style and versatility.  It is for lack of a better word...perfect.  You can dress it up or down, it goes with anything and adds that special wow factor to every ensemble.  This Zara  skort set off a frenzy of architecturally beautiful pieces and paved the way for what I like to call the visually pleasing Origami trend.  Say au revoir  to the hi low/mullet skirts and bonjour to its sexier sister, the more modern uneven, zigzag hemmed skirts, shorts and skorts.  This edgy trend is however not limited to bottom pieces only.   Uneven hemmed crop tops,  Blouses with triangle cutouts and  criss cross cropped tanks are popping up everywhere.  They exude edge and sex appeal.  Last but definitely not least, you cannot forget the eloquently structured Celine Trapeze bag.  It is the epitome and possible genesis of the origami trend.  This beautifully constructed bag makes for quite the chameleon, with it's inherent ability to  morph from a rectangle when tightly fastened, then open into a triangular shape, when it's wings are expanded.  It's presto change oh quality imitates the Japanese art of paper folding perfectly.  Now personally, I like to limit myself to one top or bottom origami piece per outfit as to avoid the, I went through a shredder look, but that is just moi.  I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of my Zara skorts and as soon I as get them I hope to provide you some fab selfies.  But until then be inspired by the above editorials.
